Assembly Instructions

The frame is designed for easy assembly.

Important Care Instructions – Material Covers

Please handle all material covers with care to prevent stains, marks and damage.

The use of glue, double-sided tape or Prestik on the material covers is strictly prohibited.

  • Clamps are permitted, provided they are used carefully.
  • Safety pins are permitted, provided they do not cause unnecessary damage to the material.
  • Do not apply any adhesive products to the covers, as they may leave permanent residue, marks or damage.
  • Beware of the wind. 

Material Cover Replacement Policy

If glue, double-sided tape or Prestik is used on any material cover, the customer will be liable for the full replacement value of the affected cover.

Please ensure that everyone involved in decorating the frame is aware of these requirements before setup begins.

Please Note

  • The frame is supplied as a gold metal structure only, unless otherwise specified in the product options.
  • Balloons, flowers, greenery, material covers, signage and other decorative accessories are not included unless specifically stated.
  • Always ensure the frame is assembled securely and positioned on a stable surface before use.
