Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. Please remember to schedule your delivery at least 7 days before your event as we are unable to accommodate last-minute requests. If you require urgent delivery, we can provide you with recommendations for other transportation services.

Keep in mind that we are closed on weekends, so all props will be delivered on Friday and collected on Monday. Make sure to secure the props if your event is at a venue to avoid any issues.

We recommend paying the breakage deposit in cash for a hassle-free refund process upon returning the props in good condition and on time.
Please note that a 10% surcharge will be applied if you choose to transfer the breakage deposit to our account.
